|Allan Cole, President, Owner|
Allan Cole is the President and Owner of MacKinnon & Bowes. He started with the firm in 1975. Allan was licensed as a funeral director in 1978 as he followed in his grandfathers footsteps and entered funeral service. He is the past Chair of The Funeral Profession Coalition Council of Canada (FPCCC), Past Chair of Bereaved Families of Ontario (Toronto Chapter), Past President of the Canadian Funeral Trade Association, and the Toronto District Funeral Directors Association, and former director at the Ontario Board of Funeral service. Allan has the distinction as Canada's first civilian contractor for Mortuary Affairs for the Government of Canada. He has lectured throughout Canada concerning the care and handling of remains of those that have died with an infectious disease. He is certified in Mass Fatality Operations Training from the United States Department of the Air Force, Air Mobility Command. Allan has been awarded an Honourary Degree from the Canadian Forces Staff College, Senior Officers Joint Command and Staff Program (2011),
and an Honourary Bachelor of Applied Studies Degree, Health Sciences, from Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, 2009,
and the Commander of Land Force (Army) Commendation, (2008),
and the 2008 Award of Merit from The Ontario Funeral Service Association for the Repatriation of Canada's Fallen.

Alex Cole, (Allan's son) has worked at the firm in a variety of capacities for many years. He joined the firm's Management team in 2012 after he received his funeral directors license and attended Dalhousie Universities School of Business. Alex enjoys sports and outdoor activities and looks forward to assisting to run the families business in the years to come. Alex is a member of the Funeral Service Association of Canada, Ontario Funeral Service Association, Toronto Funeral Directors Association, the Call Management Association of Canada (CAMX), and the National Funeral Directors Association in the United States.
|Jane Titcombe, General Manager|
Jane Titcombe joined the firm in 1983 and has served as General Manager since 1985. Jane was raised in New Brunswick prior to coming to Ontario to attend school and obtain her funeral directors license. She is licensed in both Ontario and Alberta. Jane Attended the St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick and Humber College in Toronto. She is the recipient of Canada's Department of National Defence, Chief of the Defence Staff's Distinguished Service Medallion, the Commander of Land Force (Army) Commendation, (2008), and the Ontario Funeral Service Association Award of Merritt for the Care of Canada's Fallen. |Frank Biancone, Manager - Telephone Answering Division|
Frank Biancone manages the Telephone answering division of MacKinnon & Bowes and as such oversees recruitment, training, and service delivery for that division. Frank joined the company in 2010 and has managed the growth of the Telephone Answering division. Frank attended Seneca College for Business Administration in 1991. Frank has furthered his studies over the years in the area of Strategic development and planning & Risk Management.
He has extensive experience in Funeral service having worked in both Cemeteries and Funeral Homes for the past 20 years. Frank received the Award of Excellence from SCI for his service to Jerrett Funeral Homes. He is a member of the Funeral Service Association of British Columbia, the Ontario Funeral Service Association, the Ontario Association of Cemetery and Funeral Professionals, and the Canadian Association of Call Management (CAM-X). Frank attends St. Clare's Church in Toronto and has volunteered in a variety of ways in the service of his parish. He enjoys spending time with his family.
|Tina Graca, Lead Accountant|
Tina Graca joined the firm in 1992 as an accounting clerk. In a rather short period of time, Tina took over responsibility for and ran that portion of the business. Tina enjoys outdoor activities, archery, and spending time with her son. Tina is a recipient of the Ontario Funeral Service Association Award of Merritt for the Care of Canada's Fallen.
|Luc Gingras, Senior Shift Supervisor|
Luc joined the firm in 1992 and has established a reputation in Funeral Service as a valuable resource for information and assistance. Luc was born in Quebec and raised in Kirkland Lake. He came to Toronto to obtain his formal education and his funeral directors license. He is fluently bilingual in French and belongs to the Quebec Thanatologists Association. Luc was licensed as a funeral director in the State of Texas. He is the recipient of Canada's Department of National Defence, Chief of the Defence Staff's Distinguished Service Medallion and the Ontario Funeral Service Association Award of Merritt for the Care of Canada's Fallen.

Danielle joined the firm in 2002 as a licensed funeral director. She has distinguished herself with her organizational abilities and assists with the management of personnel in the day to day operation. Danielle was born and raised in Durham region just east of Toronto. She attended Humber College in Toronto for her formal education.

Kirsten Morris joined the firm in 2005 as a licenced funeral director. Kirsten's hard work, attention to detail and relentless determination have earned her a place on the management team. Kirsten was born and raised in St. Catharines, Ontario and came to Toronto for her formal education at Humber College. She attended the Board of Funeral Services Preceptor course in 2010 and has overseen the training of two interns
|Amanda Harvey, Licensed Funeral Director|
Amanda joined the firm in 2009 as a telephone answering representative. She later completed her internship at MacKinnon & Bowes and successfully completed the licensing requirements in 2012. She is a training supervisor for others in the communications division and has become well known to clients throughout Canada and the United States.

Amanda Lang joined the firm in 2010. She is a licensed funeral director and received her formal education at Humber College in Toronto. She is originally from North Bay, Ontario.

Taylor Leduc joined the firm as a High School Co-Op Student in 2002. He attended Humber College for Funeral Service Education and received his funeral directors license in 2005. He has worked at several funeral homes in the Toronto area and has extensive experience in helping families. Taylor was born and raised in Toronto.

Bailey Martin joined MacKinnon & Bowes in 2010. She attended Humber College and did her apprenticeship at a large Toronto Funeral Home. She returned to MacKinnon & Bowes in 2012 after completing the licensing requirements. Bailey was raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Brian Spence received his funeral directors license in 2001 and has worked for several funeral homes in the greater Toronto area. This is a second career for Brian as he spent 25 years in the Packaging industry.

Ashley Titcombe joined MacKinnon & Bowes in 2011. She is currently enrolled in Ryerson University completing her 4th year in early childhood education as well as a minor in English. She has worked in many childhood settings examining Children's Cognitive & Physical Development. Ashley's can-do attitude and determination have made her a valuable asset at MacKinnon & Bowes.

Lia Minqini joined MacKinnon & Bowes in 2012 in the Telephone Answering Division. Lia was born in Puebla, Mexico and was raised in Toronto. Lia attended French immersion throughout her Elementary and High School years. She has attended Seneca College at York University for Television Broadcasting. Lia is fluent in three languages: English, French and Spanish. She is also a keen supporter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Gabriella Miranda joined MacKinnon & Bowes in 2012. She is currently at York University to obtain a degree in Psychology but still finds time to devote many hours to working at the firm. She plans on completing a post graduate degree in Human Resources. Gabriella was born and raised in Toronto.

Andrea Falotico joined Mackinnon and Bowes in 2013 as a telephone answering representative. She is currently completing her 2nd year of the Nutrition and Food program at Ryerson University. She is working towards becoming a registered dietitian in a clinical setting.

John Reid started with MacKinnon & Bowes in 2004 as a funeral directors assistant. John received his formal education at Ryerson where he obtained his certificate in Purchasing. John is an accomplished origami artist.

Lance joined MacKinnon & Bowes in 2006 as a co-op Student. Following his completion of High School, Lance joined the firm as a Funeral Directors Assistant. Lance enjoys working with families at a time in need & representing the company working for various Funeral Homes in the Greater Toronto Area. In April 2009, Lance received his Ontario College Certificate upon fulfillment of George Brown's College Vocation Program. Lance has other interests to go along with funeral services including Sports and Police Services. He was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario.

Don Harris joined the firm in 2007 as a Funeral Directors Assistant and Chauffeur. Don had prior work experiences both with Coca-Cola and the Good Neighbours Club. Don was a proud Reserve member of the Canadian Armed Forces where he achieved the rank of Major and is a current member of the 78th Frazer Highlanders. Don enjoys assisting families as he interacts with them as an limousine or hearse attendant.

Tania has been part of the Telephone Answering Division since '2011. Tania is Fluent in Portuguese and English. She was raised in Toronto and is happily married with 3 beautiful children. Tania is very active in her community and attends many social functions in support of many causes.

Michael Quigley emigrated from Ireland in 1973. He spent 25 years working with the Bank of Nova Scotia in numerous positions. He joined Bell Canada in 1998 and retired in 2012. Michael joined MacKinnon & Bowes as a Funeral Directors Assistant and Chauffeur.

Ray Cocev joined the firm as a Funeral Directors Assistant & Chauffeur. Ray is a graduate of University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts. Rays varied career experiences have been with large corporations such as Nestle, General Motors and Chrysler. Ray is an excellent Ambassador of our firm, and enjoys helping and interacting with families.
